All right, I'm just going to go ahead and make a admission here at the start of this show.

I am getting worse and worse and worse a lot of days. Some days I still do a really good job. Hitting a lot of days.

Some days I still do a really good job, hitting a lot of the news,

because I tend to get on one big topic and then just go into a whole bunch of detail about it,

which is good sometimes, instead of heading a lot of the incredibly important news that's unfolding.

And I think part of that is mental laziness.

And I don't have a lazy work ethic, obviously.

It's just, it is, it is frustrating to have all these big stories.

But if I just hit them for two minutes apiece or a minute apiece, and I mean, I can cover a story a minute for the entire four hours and never, never be boring, never not be important.

I mean, it's all just absolutely

important. And the paradox is that you cannot get to it all and really pierce into it with that

format.

So I've really got to not just spend hours and hours and hours

getting ready.
