that Trump is going to sign executive orders overhauling FEMA and other federal agencies

that deal with disaster mitigation.

He's also going to sign an order dealing with the fires in California and call for a real

investigation federally into Gavin Newsom and what I have coined the term, administrative

terrorism or bureaucratic sabotage.
