you know, even still I take lifting and my time in the gym very seriously, but I think because I was a

swimmer, I was really able to eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. And so it's only now,

after graduating, being retired for my sport, most importantly,

having a daughter, were these things, what I'm ingesting, the chemicals that I'm using in my daily

life, now those things are really, really important to me. I just love Alex. She is like a rocket.
