| 0:11.0 | Yeah, Felga. |
| 0:12.0 | The reason the Celtics spent wildly that one year was because they obviously knew they were so of the team. |
| 0:18.0 | Jeremy Jacobs set up the salary cap to $49 million at first, only because he had total |
| 0:23.3 | control of the salaries. |
| 0:25.1 | Then the Patriots have always been in the bottom 10 of spending for 25, 30 years, whatever |
| 0:30.8 | it is. |
| 0:31.3 | Bottom one. |
| 0:32.8 | Yeah. |
| 0:33.3 | And the Red Sox have now pulled so far back. |
| 0:36.4 | It's ridiculous. |
| 1:44.7 | And the only commonality is they charge the highest ticket prices, the highest parking, all that stuff, and they won't, none of them will spend any money anymore. It's insane that people still accept this nonsense with this bunch of four people. Agreed. Like, what are they doing? They're all in their 80s. Why don't they want to win before they die? You know what bothers me? Because they want their money. Like you know the answer to that question. They want to keep their money or give it to their kids or their investors or whatever. So they care more about that than winning championships. Absolutely. See, that's the thing that most everyone misses. You know the answer. Yeah, the compete for them is not on the field. What bothers me is that not enough people call them out on it. The people that cover the teams, the media should be there, you know, speaking for the fan on this. And I think there's too many people who just cover for the teams. And any time you talk about cap dollars, you're covering for the team. I hate to break it to you, Barthie and others. Mike and Norwood, go ahead, Mike. What's up, guys? How's it going? Good. Hey, you were just talking about the Vrable Press conference, and I've noticed this in the last few times since he's been speaking to the media. Maybe I'm looking too far deep into it, but how come he hasn't been mentioning Kishon Booty when he's talking about the wide receiver room? Does that not make you guys think that maybe he's involved with this AJ Brown situation? So is he? Yeah, so I'll go back and look at the answer. Did he mention a bunch of guys and leave out Kisham Booty? He was asked about growth in the wide receiver room. I think he, like, very briefly, he said Kishan Booty's name, but then talked about future growth from Kyle Williams and Pop Douglas. He talked. He said, we got to get, we need to get Pop the ball, I think he said. He did. He said that. The Pop Douglas one to me is more notable. |
| 2:18.8 | Kyle Williams is in year two. |
| 2:19.8 | Of course you're looking at growth from him. |
| 2:34.0 | Pop Douglas and Kayshan Booty are the same draft class. So if you're looking at growth from one, you're looking at growth from the other. And just to continue to connect the dots, the thing that burns the Eagles by waiting. I understand they have to wait because of the money thing, however really you want to say the cap is. |
