We're gonna be talking about guns today. We have a lot of things to talk about today.

Kind of an inside story on what's going on with Shot Show.

Of course, we'll talk about new guns and always looking for your range reports. But as always it's an awful lot

going on on the political front and the fight continues to secure and protect and expand our Second Amendment rights.

So let's get right to that.

In the fight for gun rights, and also just to be able to carry guns for self-protection,

we've made a lot of advances through the years and of course

there was a time when you were prohibited from carrying your firearm, though you may be

licensed or not depending on where you are, or what the regulations are.

You couldn't carry them in national forests, couldn't carry them in national parks.

That got set aside, but interestingly enough, there is one large section of federal land where you still cannot have a firearm.

And believe it or not, it's lands governed and run by the Army Corps of Engineers.

We're talking 12 million acres, 400 lakes, 100,000 camp sites, dams, levies, and everything else.

You cannot go there with your firearm.
