The lawyers have been getting spicy with each other especially since Hannah Gutierrez was not granted use immunity to testify. I'll be providing gavel-to-gavel coverage of this explosive trial. Karen Read's case resulted in a mistrial. She will have a status conference hearing on July 22nd at 2 p.m. ET. The Young Thug trial is postponed while his attorney is in custody for contempt. If the judge recuses himself, there is a high possibility it will also result in a mistrial. A trial date has been set in the Bryan Kohberger case for June 2025. This might be a 3-month trial and I expect tons of litigation from now until then. I will continue to follow up on the change of venue decision that has been pushed to August 29th, 2024.
