This was in regards to that fatal shooting on the set of the film Rust.

Yeah, this just breaking.

So involuntary manslaughter now, according to two counts,

according to NBC News, it is a fourth degree felony,

normally punishable by up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine.

But a firearm enhancement on charges couldn't make the criminal crime punishable,

according to NBC by a mandatory sense of five years in jail.

Wow.

And by the way, as part of this, the first assistant director guided by the name of David

Halls has already agreed to plead guilty to negligent use of a deadly weapon.

I am, look, look, I don't disagree with this because as we talked about on the show,
