A shocking video tonight shows a passenger starting a fight with the city of Albuquerque bus driver.

But it ends with the driver facing murder charges.

A violent start to a July morning in northwest Albuquerque, one that quickly turned deadly.

A city bus driven by 41-year-old David Gobledon was making its rounds.

Around 6.30, he picked up two passengers along Cours, but one had something to say about his punctuality.

Oh, look, you can't afford to say about his punctuality. Oh, no.

You can't afford that taxi?

The older passenger continues griping out, Gobadone, who fires back.

We ain't leaving nowhere, guys, so this guy gets off the bus.

He stopped the bus near Coors in Hanover and demanded the older man get out or he's not moving.

Passengers were annoyed.
