awesome guest for you today. That guest is Albert Flynn,

De silver. Albert is an American poet, he's a memoirist, a novelist, a

speaker, and a workshop leader. He holds workshops, helping people use mindfulness and meditation in such things to encourage

their creativity and their writing. He has a book called Writing as a Path to Awakening, which is very cool.

And I just had a great time talking with Albert.

We connected really quick.

And we go all over the place, we talk about creativity, we talk about poetry, about

avant-garde writing, about art, about music, about meditation, you really cover a lot

of great territory and he's just a lovely person and he

shares a lot of great stories about writing and teaching as well. So I know you're

going to enjoy this one there are positive vibes abound that weave together into a braid of goodness.
