Talking about Drod to a couple people in the building,

someone who was recently in the building and no longer is,

they had heard things and the people who have been around him just act a little differently this year. And the

people that I spoke to at a hard time nailing down the word, which is not helpful on this segment,

but it was more just an air about him. And it's not that he works any less hard. It's not that he's a jerk to

anybody. It's just he he's a jerk to anybody.

It's just he changed in a way that had them going,

it's, they're not as confident about who this guy is or might be moving forward.

Because what did change?

Let's say from last year to obviously this season.

It's not just the losing, which would turn anybody off.

It's he got a contract, which would turn anybody off.

It's he got a contract extension. He got the world to know that Robert Kraft announced before the contract with signs were negotiated with you. That's empowerment. That's a guy

who has much sway in the building, as much power given by the owner as Bill Belichick does.

And I think that's where you start to have concerns. Because if and when he does become the head coach, how does he act then?
