I do have a long spiel today, I have to admit it. But I've been thinking a little bit about some municipal costs.

So recently it was reported that a dirty cop won Lewis Scarlla, has cost the city a lot of money.

A lot of money because his testimony had to be thrown out.

The people who are convicted on his say so were able to sue and so far taxpayers have paid

a hundred and ten million dollars no one really cares I guess it made for an interesting

article in the newspaper but what if every

household there are three about 3.2 million households in New York City what if they

all got a $35 bill and they called it the scarcell attacks and people say what the hell's the scarcell attacks and they called it the Scarsel attacks.

And people said, what the hell's the Scarsel attacks?

And they looked into it and they said, wow, that dirty cop sure cost us a lot.

Let's try not to have dirty cops in the future.

Maybe they'd say that. or how about this one?

So in the 90s, and this was based on nothing

other than the desire to have good teachers,

the city started testing teachers.

You had to pass minimum qualification to get certified to teach in New York.
