Welcome to tonight's bedtime story.

Alaska.

The word alone conjures pictures in our minds.

Majestic mountains, wild animals, oceans, and waves.

It's the last frontier,

separated from the rest of the United States by Canada,

so different and yet, so familiar.

Come along as we travel into a world largely untouched by man waiting to be explored deeper even as our

hearts longed to be touched deeper explored by the love of God. Before we begin our adventure, creating peaceful images of Alaska in our minds, take a few moments

to just relax and let your mind drift.

Close your eyes and take a few long, deep breaths.

Inhale slowly.

Then exhale.

Inhale thoughts.

To get to Juneau, Alaska, you have to take an overnight boat from Prince Rupert, Canada.
