Hey, wonderful's welcome to episode 381 of the JV club as we roll into week two of Max Fun Drive.

This is my wonderful guest Alan Zweibel, truly one of the big comedy heroes in my life and just an

extraordinarily great down-to-earth funny and warm wonderful person. So I hope you enjoy this episode.

Couple things to bear in mind.

Number one is this was actually a follow-up conversation

we had from a first earlier much longer conversation in which the audio on half of the

conversation was non-existent.

It's a long story but basically I'm so happy to have re-recorded with

Alan and so for any reason we make references to like a past conversation,

please know that it was the first beginning of our beautiful friendship.

And that first conversation included a mash game.

So what I might do is pop in at the end of the episode to tell you what Alan picked for his mash stuff and what he ended up with

And of course I want to talk to you a little bit about Max Fun. The only other thing I wanted to say about Alan is that his

marvelous book which I did read cover-to-cover is also going to be available on

audiobook on the 21st which is now so you can listen to it as an audiobook with Alan's

narration if you prefer to go that way anybody who listens to the podcast regularly

knows I am a big audiobook nerd so recommended big thumbs up.
