0:34.7	and today on the show, someone I've been a huge fan of for a very long time
0:39.2	and someone I never thought I get a chance to talk to on this podcast. You may know him from the band
0:44.2	Low, you may know him from his two most recent amazing solo records. You may even know him from
0:50.5	Zen Identity way back when Alan Sparhawk is on the show today.
0:56.7	As I say, I've been a fan of Alan for a very long time, a fan of Lowe for a very long time.
1:02.8	Lowe is a band that one of the great American bands, like one of the great American indie rock bands,
1:09.6	one of the great American punk rock bands, one of the great American punk rock
1:10.9	bands, I think we can say after the show today.
1:14.3	Alan tragically lost his bandmate and his wife, Mimi Parker, a few years ago.
1:19.7	And after she passed away, he took some time and then has come back and done two
1:24.1	unbelievable solo records, the latest of which is with Trampled by Turtles,
1:29.0	a collaboration with fellow Duluth band Trampled by Turtles.
1:34.4	And they are going to be playing a show on December 11th in Minnesota,
1:40.7	a couple shows in the new year.
