Let's start with the fact that you know you're so well known for your service and leadership to Boeing and Ford and your positive leadership,

the way you build incredible teams, you've achieved amazing and outstanding of

results. You know, how is your positive leadership style formulated and developed over the years?

Well, you know, John, I had the fortune to be able to serve at Boeing on the design team of every Boeing airplane.

So the 707, the 727, the 737, the 747, the 747, the 757,

and then I was asked to be the chief engineer

and the leader of the program for the 777.

And then when I was CEO of Boeing, I helped launch the 787.
