He is the rare person who gracefully straddles science and the humanities,

having written numerous journal articles and books and physics,

seven novels of poetry collection, many other books.

This is his second appearance on Econ Talk.

He was here in November of 2018, talking about his book,

searching for stars on an island in Maine.
