In episode 466 of Australian True Crime, we talked about disgraced 80s Highflyer Christopher

Scace, who fled to Meyorca in Spain as his business empire crumbled in 1991. The subsequent battle

to extradite him back to Australia to face charges became known as the chase

for skase. The chase was ultimately unsuccessful. He never returned to Australia and he died in

Dominica where he'd taken up citizenship in 2001. It seems just untidy to devote a show to Christopher's case without making another one focused on the other flamboyette Australian billionaire making waves in the same period Alan Bondy as he was known by Prime Ministers and Ozzy Battlers alike

faced similar hurdles to Skase but he was in many ways his complete antithesis

Christopher and his wife Pixikays liked to promote a sophisticated image.
