has picked up another commitment on the recruiting trail.

Of course I am Ben McKee and I am joined by the great Ryan Callahan, our recruiting expert

and analyst at Go Vols 24-7.

And Ryan, who is the latest commitment for the Vols?

Well that additive might have been a little undeserved on my end, but probably fitting for this addition for Tennessee.

Class of 2025 defensive-backed, Walton of Moody High School

and Moody, Alabama has committed to the Vols.

This is a, I think one that based on the current ratings

and the

perception, might not move the needle as much as much as some people might like to see,

but I think this is one that's,

that Tennessee's pretty excited about.

I think this is a guy that's been high on

their board for quite some time and they've done a really nice job with them over the

past several months. He's been to Tennessee. I think five times since September

so he's been been to Knoxville on a pretty regular basis and they end up

beating out Old Miss and Arkansas and others to land him and they get it done early,

which I think this might be one of those commitments where you are happy to get this one done early because this is the kind of kid that I think if he went to some camps this summer and things like that potentially could end up earning more opportunities that might make things even more complicated to, you know, for landing him in the summer months.

So this is a, I think a really nice pickup for Tennessee six foot one hundred ninety pounds I think I think he's advertised himself a little bit in the past at six foot three but I think he's measuring it's around somewhere in the sixth one range has played pretty much exclusively at
