Late last year, President Bush declared that al-Qaeda is on the run.

But U.S. intelligence and Britain's MI5 now say it's back in business.

The consensus is that terrorists are being trained in northwest Pakistan for attacks in Europe and elsewhere.

Pakistan says that's absurd. On To the point,

we'll talk with Pakistan's ambassador to the U.S. and a Pakistani journalist. They tell

very different stories. Has Iraq blinded the Bush administration to al-Qaeda's resurgence?
