And I'm sick of, I'm sick of being cold. I don't blame you. It's been a long winter. I did see Tuesday, 84. I saw all next week. It looks beautiful. Then it's going to be, I think, 50 on Friday. Next Friday. Yeah, but it's going to be a nice stretch of weather coming up.

Pretty good. That's what I'm talking about. Yes, sir. And it's weird. It's like the people down the Jersey shore, they're like bugs. Like when the weather gets, they just come out of the woodwork. Yeah. And then you get a cold day. No one's up there. It looks like an abandoned beach town.

As someone that lives down the shore year round, does that energize you or annoy you when people out of nowhere just start appearing?

Well, it's like if you live in LBI year round, and I had a couple of friends whose parents did, like the traffic lights just blink yellow because there's no one there.

Yeah, there are people living here now more since the pandemic.

People moved to down the shore because evidently no one actually goes into work anymore.
