winter, for whatever reason, people don't pick up their dog poop. There's articles in the Philadelphia

newspapers. There's article in the New York Post. It's going on in all the towns near me.

You don't have a lot of dogs near you or you don't see a lot of dogs walking around,

but if you did, there are probably parts of your town that have this.

There's dog poop everywhere.

And there's signs that say pick up after your dog.

It's the law.
