Hi, Are you leaving early tomorrow? Uh, yeah, I mean, not super early, but by like, yeah, a little early. Okay, a little early. I can't be late. Okay. Fair enough, Jerry. Fair enough for tomorrow. Yes. I just met a guy out there named Jack Hughes. Jeff Hughes. Jack Hughes plays for the devils. Good Lord, man. Well, it explains why he didn't look like a young athlete. He looks like an older athlete. Jeff Hughes, who was a board op for Mike and the Mad Dog. Back in the day, yeah, before I started here. Jeff Hughes. Mm-hmm. And I just found out that when Mad Dog called me Al Hughes, it was because of Jeff Hughes. He got confused. I never knew that. I didn't either. I didn't realize that was the part either. I just thought you thought your name was Al Hughes. Yes. Who's this now? Al Hughes. That's very funny.

So a little history.

That was nice. A little bit of history. Yeah, a little bit of history. I was thinking to this before. I shook a lot of hands today. You know, people came in to greet Eddie and say goodbye to Eddie. So I'm shaking hands, some sweaty palms. some and I got to thinking like as a right hand like most of society is right

handed and we shake with our right hand boomer's lefty but boomer shakes with his right hand

but for righties like most of the world is we use our right hand for almost everything we do

that could transfer germs. So we really should

have all along been doing the handshake thing with our non-dominant left hand because with my

right hand, I eat food. I wipe my butt. You pleasure yourself.

And you're now then using that same hand to touch the other person's hands who's doing the same thing with that hand.

Instead of my left hand, which does nothing all day long, that's the one I should be using to exchange germs with someone.

Okay. Well, why don't you start a new trend? It's going to be so hard to... Well, we could always go back to the fist pump. Fist pump, yes. Which, I mean, that's been the biggest disappointment from COVID, right? I think it's... But yes, however, I think if you go to meet somebody and you put the fist out, they automatically do the same thing.

Yes. And I have been trying that in, like, out in public, like if people know you from the show,

I'll do a fist bump. Yeah. Because like on Friday show, we'll be shaking a lot of hands.

Yes. Do you think if we commit to the fist bump that we can get most fist bumps? I think you get most, not all. Not all. Because you're going to get caught. Yes. You will get caught. Like you got to get the fist out first. And older people, older men are not going to want a fist bump. Oh, then we don't wash hands. Or it shake hands then. Could do that too.

We could do that.

Or just shake hands and then at the end of it, wash our hands. You know what is a good thing you can do. I've done this before, especially at Rutgers this year. I was trying to make sure I got through the season healthy, which I did, which was great. if you don't want to shake hands I will give the fist
