I'm a slowly recovering alanon and my name is Rick could evening to you all.

As you're known to say up and around Omaha and as you kind to say you're in Colorado slash Texas by the grace of God

and the power of a program called the 12 steps of alcoholics anonymous which as our tradition says I practice myself.

He fellowship called the alanon family groups in the loving but very firm guidance of a big book black belt alanon sponsor.

It has not been necessary for me to plan any kind of death yours or mine since 10th of April 1987.

And for that I most certainly am grateful.

My new home town is Oakville Ontario Canada.

I moved there just a year ago and I don't know how long it had to be in a place before it's not new but I lived in Toronto for 53 years.

And so I've only been in Oakville for one year so it's going to be new for a while.

Hope feels a little town about 40 minutes to the west of west side of Toronto.

And my home group is the Saturday morning Oakville alanon family group very inspiring group with a totally uninspiring name.

I'm new in the group and I said that to the one time they didn't think it was very funny.
