| 0:03.0 | So when I have a big quest, like writing a book or going to Antarctica, I'll write down, what am I scared of? What's the worst case scenario? How do I prepare for the worst case scenario? Astronauts actually do this and they call it negative visualization. It's important to actually visualize all the things that can go wrong because now you can prepare for that. So I am terrified and I want to be scared. |
