Basically, the true Akashik Records is God's library.

So it's a higher dimensional, it's interdimensional,

higher dimensional between the 10th and 12th dimensions,

and it's up in the outer atmospheres of the planet, basically.

So this is a way station for souls, and this is a place, it's a hub, where all of the souls

who have been enjoined in other physical forms on other star systems, other galaxies,

come here by agreement to come down and to be enjoined into a physical form, a physical body,

and it is for the souls that have already been here,
