host today and always because well quite frankly this is literally my podcast so who else is going to

Thursday it's Thursday one thing about the day that I am recording this and

posting it is it is Thursday it's also June I can't believe we're into June that

feels absurd derogatory parentheses derogatory absurd parentheses derogatory, absurd parentheses derogatory, like absurd parentheses

negative connotation. Not like, wow, that's absurd, like wow, this is

that's actually, how is that possible even I have no idea I'm saying all of this of course to

distract from the fact that it is Thursday I didn't have an episode to post on

Monday that's the elephant in the room.

And the reason for that is, well,

I guess you could say the crux of it

is poor time management. That's definitely a big chunk of it but the

day that I had planned to record was last Tuesday because I went to New York for a few days so I knew I wouldn't be able to record while I was in New York.

I knew I wouldn't be able to fit literally anything else in my suitcase, let alone a podcast microphone.

That just was not in the cards for me.

And so I had planned to record the day before I left for New York.

But I had also, for some reason,

planned to do six million things the day before I left for New York, and sitting

down to record a podcast, it's just like not the quickest thing in the world.

You know what I mean?

It's not like, oh, okay, and then I'll just record the
