Today's 10-minute walk is helping you keep your fitness promise, which adds another link to your growing fitness chain.

I've been feeling a little stressed, a little anxiety about an upcoming trip that Ava and I are taking.

I'm going to go visit three of our sons who live not where we live.

And the flight to see them has a transfer at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. And the transfer

and the transfer time is less than an hour. So we have less than an hour between

when the first flight lands, then we have to get on the second plane and it leaves.

And I've been tracking these flights for the last handful of days.

And on more than a few days, that amount of time between one flight landing and the other flight leaving has gotten less

Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. It's massive. It's huge. And I've noticed that these flights are not landing and leaving in the same terminal.

So we have to go from one terminal to the next and we'll probably have to take the little train, little train,

like it's not a toy, we'll have to take the airport tram or train or light rail, whatever

they call it, to get from the one terminal to the next. And so I'm stressing out about this

just a little bit. It's like, are we going to have enough time?
