Deep within the bowels of the Armstrong and Getty Communications compound, and today

on Little Friday, we're under the tutelage of our General Manager.

And what is that?

Well, you remember how it used to be if somebody entered this country illegally, we would

be in a farcical show of trying to control our borders.

Give them an NTA, you notice to appear on a specific date and time at a court to have

a hearing to talk about whether they should be in the country.

Well, those are two time consuming and rigorous these days with all the folks flooding across

the border.

So now we give them an NDR, a notice to report, which simply says, eh, stop by when you get

a chance.

And from what I understand, it's a suggestion, right?
