The White House Budget Office has rescinded the federal funding pause on federal grants and loans.

That's according to a memo obtained by CNN from a Trump administration official.

The move sparked confusion and anxiety from charities and educators, even as the White House said it wasn't as sweeping in order as it

appeared. The administration had received a flood of calls from lawmakers and state officials,

with questions about its impact on their home states. This comes after a federal judge temporarily

blocked part of the Trump administration's freeze hours before it was said to take effect yesterday

through at least next

The Federal Reserve held interest rates steady instead of rolling out a fourth straight cut,
