And that's it. So apparently, it's difficult to find a job today oh really i didn't

know that i've been employed for 25 years at the same company so i've never even looked for a job

well i you know i'm surprised to hear that because we've had several openings here at the show yes

like for you know marketing people customer service folks, audio, video, social media.

And are you going to go hordes of applications and interests?

Okay.

But so that's why I was surprised that Pizza Hut is now trying a new promotion, but it's only in New York City right now, is that they say that it's so difficult for people to get a job that what they'll do is they will print your resume on a pizza box.

Okay.

And then deliver that pizza box to wherever you're trying to get hired.

That's really cool.

I think it's very, I think it's very innovative.

Career Minds says that 75% of all resumes are never looked at by a human.

That's sad, especially because people, A, put a lot of work into their resume,

and B, get their hopes up like, this is it, this is the job, and it never even gets looked at.

I know, it's tough.

But, you know, there is an insider secret, though, is that on your resume, in order to get past the applicant tracking systems, that's what they

call them, ATSs. So now you know, you can look at something and go, you know, let me tell you

what I learned about the ATS today. You know, I didn't get that job. You didn't put it on a pizza. Well, no, with the ATS system, what you do is that you take some words from the job

description itself.
