And what led you to write about the omnipresent threat of AI?

Well, my background is one of a big hater of compulsory education.

I went through the public school system in the 60s, 70s anyway.

And I realized at a very, very young age, probably as early as a second grade,

that my teachers

were either unqualified to explain things to me so I could understand them or they weren't

interested in explaining to me how to understand anything. And I really wanted to understand. I
