0:04.9	AIs loose on each other. And so we are literally just sheltered down and these gods are fighting
0:11.3	above us. And we have no idea what they're doing in real time. We can probably intervene in our
0:16.9	human scale here and there, at least in the near term.
0:21.6	But of course, to make them effective,
0:24.6	it's not hard to see you'll have to actually let them operate
0:26.6	in their own time scale to be effective at combating the other AIs.
0:31.6	So you're going to have them let them make decisions in their own timeframe,
0:34.6	which is going to be a million times fast than human decision-making.
0:38.3	So effectively hit the button and they become autonomous agents.
0:42.3	And then they become these gods fighting in the heavens above us.
0:46.3	And do we survive or not? That's the question.
0:48.3	You know, it really becomes the kind of scenario.
0:51.3	How can I help? How can I be useful in ending needless suffering?
