So AI for All is a nonprofit that helps students explore and develop AI skills, but there's much more to it than that.

So AI for All, we were formed in 2017.

We started after two years of a program running at Stanford, and the goal from the beginning

was really to increase diversity and inclusion in artificial intelligence.

And the way that we look at what we're doing now is really building the AI talent that we need today

for the AI future that we want tomorrow.

Obviously, this has been, we've been in a period this past year of tremendous growth in

AI, generative AI in particular.

And while I think that's very exciting, it's very much the kind of moment that our founders

anticipated, knowing that this is a field that is largely white, largely male, and largely

inaccessible to students who don't have access

to computer science education, don't have access to the social capital in these networks

in the artificial intelligence field. There are a lot of students who may come from communities

that are negatively affected by AI and also don't have a role

right now in its development to the extent that they should have. So that's where we're really

trying to course correct is we have a program that's an accelerator for college students.
