thank you very much for joining me. Welcome along. Thanks for having me. So first of all, where about

saw you in the world and can you give me a bit of history of how you've come to come to be in charge

of Guest Guru? Sure, yeah, so I'm not being at the moment, which is very rough and it's

back in quarantine here in the UK. AI runs not only in my blood, both in my name, so I don't know how

much I can see all those years back from me bending down. So I started off by managing service

departments for various honours in the island. The reason I got out of that and subiting those or

because one of them is Arbitroush. Knowing it was a thing, knowing what walk really people were doing

this and that being considerably and within six months, we went from having pipes to students about

56 units and started going there. So it was time to slow down and started to open to tech. So that was

Zibo, Guest Guru, which has turned the channel manager into a sympat manager,

putting it in its own and then I kept working on that once we started using it and then I had a

large spare unit, about 60 units and 151 units and then COVID it and we lost about half of what

we had and started rebuilding some of us about six or nine months on the other side of the
