Sam Altman speaking at an investor conference. And there was a quote that went around Twitter

where he said, we see the future where intelligence is a utility like electricity

or water and people buy it from us on a meter. Now, that was like one part of a quote taken out

a context where, you know, he was talking about why they're building AI infrastructure,

so much AI infrastructure and his desire to make it cheap,
