I had a big technology victory this week which is that I finally used my cord box are you familiar

with the with the cord box like a box where you store a bunch of cords yes every man of a

certain age has a box in his house with 20 years worth of random cords in it.

I do and it sort of like charts the development of cord history.

Exactly and you just keep this box like deep in the closet you never use it for anything and then you

die and you pass your cord box down to your heirs and this is how cord boxes generally work.

That's right.

But this week I've been doing a technology project at home in my home office, which is I'm setting up something called a KVM switch. A KVM switch. You don't need to know, but it's basically... No, I need to know. Okay, it's a keyboard video mouse switch, and it's basically a way for you to

attach multiple computers to the same set of monitors and peripherals.

Anyway, as part of setting this up I found myself in need of a few cables, and I thought, I've got a cable box.

I'm going to go in there, I'm going to look for the courts. So I found them, I found

HDMI's, I found displayports, I found adapters. It was found adapters it was like it was like Christmas morning for

myself these are some of the great chords and so I just want to say to all the

all the people with cord boxes out there just collecting dust keep collecting them

yeah just keep putting the cords in the box because you never know someday you will need
