the show, Ken opened up an entire can of worms for me and I said we had to have them back to talk

about that. And unfortunately, we've got a hard stop in like 50 minutes.

So we've got to cover sort of what that is.

But instead of me trying to summarize it, Kevin has set it up so we can listen to the last,

I think it was like 90 seconds of the other show just to set everybody's mind

and what we're going to talk about.

Someone did a study of the impact of AI in large organizations over the last two years,

and they discovered that it had almost no impact from a resource perspective, right?

It didn't replace anyone's jobs.

Right.

So that tells me two things.

One is I have a theory that that AI is just yet another tool.

And every time anyone has introduced some other new, incredible new platform, it has never reduced employment in the tech sector for sure. Right. It's changed people's jobs, but I think this whole idea that programming will go away is nonsense.

Well, but there will be jobs with people with those mindsets that will continue to be there.

They just won't be exactly described the way we describe
