| 0:16.8 | It was great. |
| 0:17.8 | But when I was really struggling, when I was in the grips of anxiety and panic and fear and agoraphobia and OCD and depression, I thought this would be impossible. I did not think I'd ever be able to do this. And as it turns out, I was wrong. So a bit of a change of pace this week, I want to talk about some of my own personal experience in the hopes that it might provide a bit of encouragement. | 1:50.8 | away from me because of this particular problem, which is really, unfortunately, very common |
| 1:56.1 | in the West. If you want to know the whole sordid story of the entire 25 years, I've actually written |

| 2:05.8 | downloaded as a PDF or an audiobook and check it out. But the bottom line is that when I was |
| 2:11.2 | struggling so much with this particular problem, I thought I would never be able to do some of the |
| 2:16.9 | things that I do now. And I definitely |
