ways to get five buyers in contract this week. Really, Julie? Yeah, because you know what I've found? Especially of my latest one-on-one clients, I would say on average, as a coach, we're always asking what's your lead situation, right? They're saying they've got like 15 to 20 buyers, okay, which I would contend with. Do we know that they're real buyers or not?

Because have you used your pre-qualification script? But I would say we are running way heavy on

buyers. And a lot of them are just not in contract because you haven't found them anything.

Since you said pre-qualification script, I had a call, another call. I have a lot of calls like

this every week with someone in our EXP Realty Group Group and this person supposedly had 750 people in their CRM that

were all tagged buyer to which then I asked them for their list of their listings

or their seller leads to which they had like 12 so I gave them this challenge

I'm giving all this the same challenge to all of you if you you have a buyer-based CRM, get into your

buyer-based CRM, use our buyer pre-qualification script, and you will be, hopefully, not too

surprised and not shocked at all to discover that at least 50% of those also have, of those, quote-unquote,
