| 0:49.0 | But I think that Danny and I focus on this as much as anyone. |

| 0:57.0 | We're going to try to stay away mostly from conjecture and bad mouthing and just focus on the actual performance. |

| 1:31.0 | Often the counterpart to agents is the duality where the agent does not have final say on whether or not to approve a specific contract. |

| 1:41.0 | So remember we've talked about how Sam Presti does a really good job convincing ownership of things and there are other GMs that can't get their owner do things. |
