So, Burdo, off the top of your head, what kind of thoughts do you have about big age

0:12.9

differences in marriages, where one person is a lot older, like 10, 15 years, 20 years?

0:21.3

What are some of your thoughts about that?

0:23.0

I think that there's a nice safe zone where if both people are adults and they're like,

0:31.9

you know, I think it's somewhere between mid 20s to maybe mid 40s, I think there's

0:38.7

a nice splash zone where I wouldn't be too bothered by anything.

0:43.0

Meaning what?

0:44.0

Like if the lowest person in the relationship is like 25 and the highest one is like 45,

0:49.4

I wouldn't even raise an eyebrow.

0:51.9

But if they were 25, 55, yeah, that's so when the gap starts broadening beyond that safe

0:58.7

zone, like, it's interesting that you're in your 40s, you know, I just want to point

1:02.9

out.

1:03.9

Sure, right.

1:04.9

But I think I'm just going more from like, when I look at mid to late 20 year old and

1:12.1

when I look at people are age, there's a lot, of course, there's like 20 years life

1:16.8

experience in there, but like they feel compatible socially.

1:21.5

What about like 35, 55?

1:25.6

I got to say, when I was 35, I didn't feel like I could relate as much to people in their

1:33.1

50s and 60s.

1:34.3

So it sounds like you have like a cut off point, like at 45, you become an old person and

1:40.0

you shouldn't fret, fret and raise.

1:41.8

There's like basically everyone older than you is like out of the picture.
