and light up on the sky.

And I'm going to be here. Take it back. This is hell not. Hell. And this is hell, not that it seems we care all that much about the world falling apart around us or burning.

It's weird, considering the many problems we are facing today, long-term problems that will not only have an impact, a huge impact on our own lives, but the lives of generations who will follow us are children and grandchildren, who we claim we love and we swear we would do anything for them, that is except doing anything about curbing the effects of climate change, protesting the countless

numbers of violent acts that global warming has caused, or the root causes of extreme weather

that already displaced millions. In fact it would

seem the system that the West prides itself in defending, the system the

global North has imposed on the entire planet, the system that's doing so much

damage to the planet and the people who live on it, that's us.

It would seem that with increasing poverty and inequality and more and more wealth going to fewer and fewer people

with exploitation rampant all in the name of maximizing profits at any and all costs.

Our glorious capitalism doesn't seem to do that great of a job of providing for people

or the planet. Yet for whatever reason, the plan to respond to climate change is to make certain the status

quo remains that little changes and the market is allowed to continue to make all of

our life decisions based on nothing more than their bottom line.

That's right, the plan is to not change the way we act, not change what we did to contribute to and cause global warming.
