Welcome back to Black Girl Gone After Thoughts. I, of course,'m your host, Amara, and I'm here with my husband and my co-host, Jason.

What's going on, everybody?

So this week, we did the story of Anitra Gun. And I think this was a story that I know a lot of people had heard about. I think it was one of

those stories that when it happened five years ago, it was, you know, had made its rounds on

social media. So people were familiar with this story of a Nietra, of a Nietzsche gun. And I think,

if I'm not mistaken, I think it might have been on uh that show fatal attraction so people might have been familiar from seeing on fatal attraction

um but i was also very surprised by how many people had not heard of this story of what happened

to anitra um so you know this week you know this week, you know, it's a, you know,

story that involves a young woman, and I'm, you know,

it's a story that I thought that needed to be told,

not just because of, you know, that, you know,

it's the type of story that we tell,

but obviously because it had things that I think, you know, that, you know, it's the type of story that we tell. But obviously because it had things that I think, you know, those listening,

especially young women and young men who may be listening, can, can learn from this story.

And that's always like my goal when I'm telling stories like this.
