Welcome to The Wally Show Aftercast, all the stuff we didn't get to during the course of the show today.

We are back. I apologize. We were gone. We had to be gone for a couple days. We do this thing called Hope United because the parent ministry of Wayfm is called Hope Media.

And so we have a couple other stations and streams and things like that and so we once a year kind of

all get together to meet the people who are just an email the rest of the year

because it's growing I mean it's a great problem to have because it's growing and

it's getting bigger but there are people that I have no idea like who they were

and then they'll be like oh I'm so-and-so like oh I got an email from you yeah so i think it's good i think it's good that we do that i got to meet another betty and i'd seen her in emails and uh come to find out we have the same middle name too yeah yeah that was really odd so anyways two betty lives i know and at one point towards the end were like, and then we want to also thank Betty for all that she's done.

I'm like, what did I do? Betty tried to stand up. I'm like, this isn't you. This isn't you. I promise you. But I'm not used to other people having my name. Yeah. Yeah, because it's pretty unique. Yeah. So anyway, it was just interesting. It was good, though.

It's kind of like any kind of conference.

We just do it all internally and they'll bring in, like, speakers and stuff to. We had Tasha Layton sing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that was pretty cool. Yeah, you love that. I love Tasha. And I didn't have to sit next to Wally on the flight. No. Which was nice. I've heard a little, but whatever.

But it was great because he would put my luggage up in the cabin.

I still did that for you. Overhead compartments, yeah, and got it down for me, so that was nice. At one point I took his light backpack so he could take my heavy. I like it.

Well, at one point, too, I forgot what it was, but I was like, look, just so you know,

oh, because you were like, why didn't you text me about what time we were meeting the next day? Because Betty Rocket left early. And so, and so. I went to my room to take a nap. Because she's got, she has joy and Ruth Ann and other girlfriends with her on this trip. And so, because when we travel, Betty and I kind of stick together most of the time. Whether I wanted it or not. Exactly. And so she texts me, were you going to ever tell me? And that's how I read it. Ten o'clock tomorrow, were you going to tell me? Exclamation point question mark. As you should read it. Because no one told me that we were going to be

meeting in the lobby it was getting closer and closer to time to leave and I was like is anyone

going to text me and tell me when we're going no and I and I had to pull her aside I said hey

you always are like you're too in my business when we travel because you never care I'm very

protective but I told what did I tell you I said you know what said, I'm trying to grow and I'm a very protective person. No, you only do this when you can use it against me. No, that's not true. And I said, I was just letting you have your space and just kind of letting you do you, Betty Lou. No. And so I figured one of your girlfriends would have your back.

Now, if you need me, if you need me, to help you, this is how he turns it around. This is how he turns it around. Yeah, exactly. I will do that. I just needed someone to tell me when to meet y'all in the lobby. That's it. Yeah. And then so, yeah. How did that turn against me? It did.
