Welcome to the wall the show after cast all the things we did not get to

go to the show today exactly I know I know I say the same thing every time

uh but uh you know what I'm a creature habit and there's certain things that I

don't want to change up and it's just it explains what we're doing so mock me all

you want uh Betty and Gavin I didn't do it I didn't do it everything I think it did

I thought I'd welcome to the after cast well that was not that's a little high high

for me if you're imitating me is it like no I'm just a country mine oh yeah it got

really like neck all I was like hey y'all welcome to the after cast

the I love you all right so here we go let's jump right in here what we didn't

talk about I was gonna do this for a news story and I was going back and forth if

you've already listened to the podcast you've heard the news uh that we went

with but this one I was thinking like it's it's so not fair how quickly weight

goes on but how hard it is to take it off and it's the same thing with your

exercise like if you get into really good cardio shape and you take like a month

off all of a sudden you get winded walking from the couch to the fridge it makes no

sense like why did you design it this way lord right like it's not fair it's not right

hard to get to that point it should stick around a bit longer I feel really bad too for the people

that are like on my 600 pound life and they do all the work and they do it right and they lose all

this weight and then they have all that excess skin and they have to get skin surgery and if they

can't get that then they're just like folding stuff in you're like oh that stinks you know for you

because you did the work um well most of us if any of us have struggled with weight at any point in

time you've probably wished there was a magic pill to instantly remove uh that weight well
