Somebody made some cinnamon rolls some big homemade like wonderful cinnamon rolls

I still smell them and

Betty and I went out there to get one and Gavin

Looked sad then turned and walked away and walked over to the snack area and what did you choose to dine on?

I got some honey roasted peanuts. How many calories are those? I think it's like 280. Oh

What again guys, so if I do this yeah right now. Yeah, it's 280 and let's say I get home at one

I'm gonna have like an omelet for lunch sure what I do most days. Okay, that's probably around three to four hundred more calories

Right with like three or four eggs. So boom seven hundred and then a little snack in the afternoon right of like yogurt and some fruit and stuff

I'm probably up to a thousand calories dinner is probably dinners where I let myself max out

Sure, so we're looking at maybe like seven or eight hundred calories, so I'm not I'm not hitting

I'm not going past my goal. Well, I know I'm not saying you were going past your goal

I'm saying that 280 calories for a bag of peanuts is pretty close to like half of us cinnamon rolls

Half of a cinnamon roll. That's probably 400 calories for the whole cinnamon roll

Action had like a third Betty rock on two thirds her knife or knife started like I know I know it wasn't

But I but like you I'm trying to watch it a little bit

I'm not as is dedicated as you are like I still had a cinnamon roll

But I'd be surprised if my cinnamon roll wasn't around the same calories as that bag of peanuts

I wouldn't be surprised. Yeah. Oh my goodness. That's that stinks. I'm so sorry

But you are seemingly doing what's right for your your at least you didn't do the obvious like if I'm your wife
