Welcome to the Wally Show aftercast, all those things we did not get to during the course of the show today.

We kind of covered a little bit of my wife Marty's surgery on the show with some audio that I played of her being under sedation. Oh she was so cute. Like a like a eight year old

getting her molars out, you know, or with some teeth out. Is that the first time you've ever seen

her under sedation? Yeah, yeah, yeah. She did not like it at all.

Like she...

That doesn't surprise me.

Yeah, she kept like, she would like, my head feels like a bowling ball.

I don't like it.

And then she'd say something else and go, I don't like it. She said I don't like it. And then she'd say something else and go, I'll like it. She said I don't like

it about a thousand times. And like me and the other nurses who have maybe had

other substance abuse issues were all like, really? Like I found it so hard to believe and

she was like I don't like it but what's the weirdest thing because she would go from I

like it and her head would flop back on the pillow and you'd think she was out and then she would say the most lucid cognitive thing of something going on around her that she somehow managed to see and I think her eyes were closed I don't know she had a six

sense it was the craziest thing like because she'd mentioned things on the TV I'm like I didn't even know you were

watching that creepy yeah it was really strange but then it'd be like I had

my head's like a bowling ball and she was back out again but boy it's

it's amazing man like they don't keep you long for a hip replacement you would think that it's I mean it's really involved surgery, but it takes an hour and a half and I I had I had the best experience man I went to we went to centennial in Nashville and

and yeah I did like you're not the one that had the search it was so great they

treated me like a king no that's good, they treated us so well and like every nurse that encountered us,

every person that brought food, every person in this hospital and with the doctor that we used
