Sounds great. Yeah, but

My a question was well, what happened to bikini ready, right? Uh, and so that's where we left all

Yeah, so I'm going on vacation in two weeks and uh, we're doing a cruise, but then it dawned on me

You were going through all of these like

Making those smoothies. Yeah, yeah, and you're like standing by it. Well except for Thursday Thursday had a bump in the road

I did have a bump on Thursday, but then on Saturday when I was gonna go get a coffee

I didn't die it kicked in. I did not go get a diet or a coffee and I did not get a diet on Sunday

Okay, my normal Sunday go get my coffee and donuts for my wife

I did not do that. I chose not to and so I was like doing pretty good uh, and so uh, yeah

You know, I'm down two pounds. So that's good, but it's like

bikini ready at Don and me we're going out of the country. We're not going to

Like the Caribbean. We're going to a place that is like 60 degrees. I don't need to be bikini ready

I can cover this all up. So why am I killing myself here?
