Instead of me doing a story, Gavin was sharing stuff with me from the TMI that he prepared.

If you've listened to the regular podcast, you've heard what he did for that.

But he had way more stuff and I'm like, ooh, I want to talk about this in Aftercast today.

Okay, so you have Forrest Frank.

He was doing an interview and he was talking about the work ethic that he has while he is on tour.

And I hear a lot of stories about people who tour in this industry.

And some people, I think it's casting crowns that brings family.

Yeah, they work with him.

Like his kids have worked with him.

They've played in his band.

His wife is like the manager.

It's a whole family unit.

So there's one style of doing it.

Forests is different.

I have two modes.

I have like grind my face off and fully retired. I cannot mix the two.

I'm too locked in on whatever I do. So when I'm on tour, my family, they don't come on tour.

I'm taking this precious time away from my family. So I'm locking in. So I just go as hard as I can.

So I don't have any off time. I'm not watching TV. I'm not doom scrolling. I'm just locked in. Yeah, I am shaving this mustache like a boss. Shaping it up. Yeah, getting it, getting it.
