Welcome to the wild and show after Castle, those things we did not get to during the course of the show today, including this story out of Washington, the Biden administration, says that they will end most of the last of the remaining federal COVID-19 vaccine requirements next week.

Did you know those were still in place from when we had COVID, like that you remember, I was like, okay, if you're in the military, you've got to be vaccinated, if you're from my work, you've got to be vaccinated.

All that stuff, even though we've kind of gotten out of COVID has still been in place and now they're just officially repealing that.

So now that those criteria for being vaccinated in certain federal jobs don't exist anymore.

Well, I remember at one point there was like a seems like there was a fire department or maybe it was a police squad and they were in your work.

They had to get it and some didn't want to and they were going to lose their jobs and they didn't.

Yeah, I mean, that's crazy.

See, that's the thing.

Okay, if you repeal this now, knowing what we know about COVID and I get that it's not as serious as it was when it first started because the strain got less and less deadly, like I understand that.

But they've started admitting to the missteps that they had and that was the masks were a problem and then now rolling back the vaccine, everyone that lost their job for that should be instantly reinstated to their job.

Because if it's not an issue anymore and you're reeling this back, they should not have been, I don't think they should have been fired in the first place personally.

Now everybody has a different opinion.

And like Biden said, while I believe that these vaccine mandates had tremendous benefit, or actually this wasn't Biden, this was.

No, this is part of the from the White House, I believe that we are at a point now where we think it makes a lot of sense to pull these requirements down.

But I remember the height of the pandemic when Biden said, we've been patient, but our patients is wearing thin and your refusal costs us all.

The unvaccinated minority can cause a lot of damage and they are like it was such strong heavy handed language.

And he in the White House drew this huge line between families and people and it was so contentious.

You know, and then now it's like, okay, we're just rolling it all back, forget all about all that other stuff, everything's fine now.

You know, and it was such a bad time, but it is good that if you were in that situation, or you wanted a job, but you weren't going to get vaccinated that now, hopefully like a federal gig, you could actually be qualified for that again.

And hopefully, we won't ever have to go through that nonsense again, we'll get out ahead of stuff in the future.

But it does make you wonder too, are we going to be hyper alert, like all of a sudden somebody from a foreign country sneezes.

And you're like, okay, let's, you know what, let's lock it all down because we don't want to go through this again.
